The Brazil native, who holds engineering and law degrees from his home country and an MBA from Wayne State University, was an Adams Entrepreneurial Fellow at Delphi Corp. After the fellowship period, he moved over to Delphi Technologies, where he helped spin out Monarch Antenna Inc.
