Motor City Match names 27 buildings as top sites for new, expanding businesses

Next step is to match landlords with business owners in $500,000-per-quarter program

Twenty-seven buildings totaling nearly 192,000 square feet of space throughout the city have been approved for consideration to be the sites of new and expanding Detroit businesses through the Motor City Matchprogram.

Ranging from 1,100 to 29,000 square feet, the building landlords are now eligible for matching grants through the $500,000-per-quarter Motor City Match program. READ MORE
